It is said that couples who kiss under the “Heart of Yorkshire” stained glass window at York Minster will stay together forever.
Let’s face it we could all do with a bit of romance in our lives.
I’m married and still searching for that bit of romance!
But rather than dragging my cynical husband to smooch in York – I’ve been gifted a solution.
That piece of romance I crave for has been perfectly captured for me… and every other romantic… in the form of heart-shaped jewellery by British jewellers Azendi.
Azendi has created a whole collection called the Heart of Yorkshire, inspired by that very romantic local tradition, combining the story and stone tracery to create beautiful highly polished sterling silver jewellery.
I’ve been lucky enough to road test their studded heart earrings and matching necklace which are timeless pieces and work well for daytime and evenings out.
My hand is up, I’m an Azendi fan, I love their chunky silver that screams quality and style.
And now I’m a super fan after rediscovering them at a Christmas in July event I went to (and finding out that they too were born and bred in Gods Own County!).
They specialise in sterling silver, gold vermeil and precious stones.
You can find their jewellery online and in-store at Azendi Leeds, Harrogate, York as well as in store at House of Fraser, Debenhams and some independent jewellers.
