Behind the smiles, the photos, the mum life and the daily routines… I was struggling more than anyone realised.

In this video I’m opening up about my experience with maternal mental health, pregnancy, psychosis, anxiety and the pressure to keep everything together while internally crumbling. This is both my past and present experience — the moments I hid, the fear, the exhaustion, the guilt, and what it’s really like trying to survive motherhood when your mind feels unsafe.

Maternal mental illness can feel incredibly lonely, especially when everyone expects you to be coping. I wanted to make this video for anyone who feels ashamed, overwhelmed or scared to speak honestly about what they’re going through.

You are not the only one feeling this way.

Ey up everyone, normally I am at home with the kids or working from home but I have always wanted to see Danny in action... well on stage... as I have been fortunate enough to sometimes be his camera person with food reviewing.. but I'd never seen him hosting a ROBOT BATTLE!
